Suggest Format of "Will For Immovable Property" ​

I, MR. ……………………, aged about ……. years, Indian Inhabitant of Mumbai, residing at ……………………., Mumbai do hereby revoke my previous “WILLS” and Codicils’ if any and declare this to be my ‘Last will’ and execute this ‘Will’ on this …….. day of ……….., 20…… which will come into force and be effective after my death.

I am maintaining Good health and possess sound status of mind. I, of my own independent decision and free volition make this ‘Will’. I have not been influenced, not in state of intoxication nor cajoled or coerced in any manner whatsoever nature.

I say that I am in use, occupation, possession and lawful owner in respect of Flat No……. admeasuring ______ sq. ft. situated at …………………………….., Mumbai, hereinafter referred to as the “said room premises” for the sake of brevity & convenience.

 I say that Mr. ………………………………. aged about …….. years is my son/nephew………., who is looking after, managing and taking every care of my day to day affairs and providing me food, clothes, medicines etc. from time to time and altruistically having obeisance and affection towards me and due to his selfless affection, I am not only pleased but naturally have a-lot-of love & affection for my said nephew and I really owe to Mr. ………………………. .
